Anne began her career as Assistant Counsel, and then Deputy Counsel, in the Capital Projects Division of the New York City Department of Parks and Recreation. She also practiced with top New Jersey law firms, Lowenstein Sandler and Wilentz, Goldman & Spitzer, where she focused on commercial litigation, including construction litigation.
Construction and Workplace Litigation
Ms. Raulerson’s practice today centers on construction law. She has represented significant private and public clients on a wide range of capital projects, including public schools, stadiums, nursing homes, universities, day care centers, golf courses, and hundreds of parks and playgrounds.
