Our founder, Cindy D. Salvo, is a seasoned trial lawyer with a rare combination of courtroom power and human understanding. Unlike many who call themselves “litigators,” Cindy and her team are ready and able to take cases all the way to trial—and win. That trial-readiness gives our clients leverage for outstanding settlements or powerful results when settlement isn’t possible.
With a Master’s degree in Psychology in addition to her law degree, Cindy brings a unique insight into human behavior, motivation, and persuasion—an edge that helps her outthink and outmaneuver opponents while supporting her clients through one of the most stressful times in their lives. She is known for her unwavering commitment and compassion, guiding clients with clarity, strength, and genuine care from start to finish.

The Salvo Law Firm, P.C. is nationally recognized for its Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA) defense practice, as well as cases involving the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA). We have successfully defended debt-collection agencies and businesses in both individual and class-action litigation. Cindy Salvo has even been selected by the New Jersey State Bar Association as an instructor for its FDCPA programs and has contributed to the NJSBA’s publication Collection Practice.
