Karen Grayson-Rodgers, Esq.

Karen Grayson-Rodgers is the head of the Salvo Law Firm’s Divorce and Family Law practice.  For more than 20 years, she has been helping her clients navigate the sometimes difficult road to divorce.  She has an “AV Preeminent” rating from Martindale-Hubbell – its highest rating.

Karen is one of a small group of attorneys who is certified by the State of New Jersey in the collaborative divorce process.

Her extensive experience in divorce and family law enables her to always provide clients with excellent and effective legal representation — whether they choose a traditional or a collaborative divorce.  Karen also recognizes that this may be the most difficult time of her clients’ lives, and so she always provides her clients with emotional support in addition to legal expertise.  This is one reason why Karen’s clients always speak so highly of her.

Ms. Grayson-Rodgers began her career in civil litigation, where she learned to be a tough negotiator, and built a strong foundation of trial advocacy.  Realizing her caring nature and interest in people, she later concentrated her efforts exclusively to divorce/family law practice, with the goal of helping people to move on with their lives without divorce devastation.

Karen is also a family law mediator, approved by the Superior Court of New Jersey.  In this role, she has successfully mediated many divorces.
